Tideway Scullers School Accident Reporting
If you are unlucky enough to be involved in an accident, you must fill in several forms for insurance and regulations purposes.
Accidents involving rowers only:
If you are involved in an accident involving rowers only, you must fill in a TSS accident report form and an ARA accident report form.
If you are involved in an accident away from the club you must still fill in the forms.
You can either download these below or pick them up from the club. Once filled in the report forms must be sent to Chris Williams, either by hand, or at c.williams@penspen.com
Accidents involving other river users:
If you are involved in an accident involving another river user who isn't a rower you must fill in a TSS accident report form, an ARA accident report form and a PLA Incident report form.
You must also do this if you were involved in an incident with another rower on the tideway and believe the rules and regulations to be at fault.
The ARA form and the TSS form need to be handed in to Chris Williams or emailed to c.williams@penspen.com
The PLA form needs to be emailed to the Upper Harbour Master at hmu@pola.co.uk
