The coaching team varies week to week, but regulars are:

Tom Gale is the Chief Coach of Tideway Scullers School and currently coaches the Senior Men. Tom represented Great Britain at both under-23 and senior level, including stroking the GB quad at the 1999 World Championships.

Kieran Clark won at Henley Royal Regatta with Tyrian Club in 2013, and has coached at various clubs, schools and universities in London and the north-east. At TSS he coaches the very successful Henley-winning Senior Women's squad.

Jack Carr joined TSS as a junior, and has been a long-standing member of the club's coaching team. He has taken previous attendees of the sculling courses through to national trials.

Andrew Eames is a Cambridge half-blue and former Henley finalist. He coaches juniors at TSS.

Tim Male has been a member of TSS since the 1990s. He had a ten-year international career which included representing Great Britain in the lightweight four at the Athens Olympics in 2004, and he still jumps into a boat to represent TSS.

Natasha Howard joined TSS in 2002, and was a member of the Great Britain senior team from 2005 to 2008. She won bronze in the eight at the 2007 World Championships, and the following year was in the eight at the Beijing Olympics.

James Dunley sculled for Great Britain as an under-23 in boath 2004 and 2006. He now coaches juniors at TSS and St George's College, Weybridge.

Stephen Aitken, a British Rowing coach educator and expert in the biomechanics of rowing, coaches juniors at TSS.
