The head women's coach is Kieran Clark. A former lightweight, his rowing career included winning the Wyfold Challenge Cup at Henley Royal Regatta in 2013 and being a finalist in the Prince of Wales the following year, as well as two gold medals at the Home International Regatta in 2013. Kieran has coached Yarm School, Tees Rowing Club, Durham University and the American School in London, and most recently at the University of London and Tyrian Club. Among his coaching achievements with UL and Tyrian are: the IM2 pennant and fourteenth overall for the UL second eight at the Head of the River; winners of the Intermediate (Academic) coxed four at Women's Henley; and semi-finalists for Tyrian in the Wyfold. In addition, he coached the Irish women's coxless four at the World University Rowing Championships 2014, and the Wales Senior Women's Team at the Home International Regatta in 2015 and 2016.
